I don't often shop at the Body Shop, as there isn't one nearby, but when I get the chance, I like to pop in and pick up a few of their smaller items. One of the items I picked up was this hand cleansing gel, which I thought would be handy for work.

The gel comes in a 60ml bottle and smells really strongly of satsumas. I think that this is a great cleansing gel. It is a little more expensive than some other brands of hand cleansing gel, although when I bought it it was on a 3 for 2 offer, so I got this item free. I do think that this is worth it though because with some of the other brands I find that a bottle of a similar size runs out a lot quicker than this bottle has. I bought this bottle in February of last year, and I still have enough for another month of use, after using it most days for the past year.

The bottle has a 12 months usage date on it, which is good because I have found that my bottle lasts me about a year- I have used it most days at the beginning and end of my shift. I have found that you only need a tiny bit in the middle of one of your palms and that is enough to cover both hands. It also dries really quickly, which is better than other similar products- I have found that the product that my employer provides takes twice as long to dry as this product.

The satsuma scent is very strong and lasts a long time on my hands. I have used this product then used cleaning products straight afterwards, yet the satsuma scent has overpowered the smell of the cleaning products. I think that this is a good thing because some cleaning products aren't the sweetest smelling of things. However, if you're not keen on the scent lingering, this product is not for you.

Overall, I think that this product is superior to many others on the market, even if it is more difficult for me to pick up.
