I used to buy a very inexpensive supermarket own brand which I found was excellent, but unfortunately for some reason they stopped selling it. I have tried several different brands since including Carex, which now seems to be becoming one of the most popular - well there are certainly more Carex hand-wash varieties on show than any other at my local supermarket. I haven't really noticed a moisturizing effect though after using Carex Moisture Plus Hand Wash with Vitamin E. Maybe that's because I usually apply hand cream after hand washing. I have tried several anti-bacterial hand washes though which sometimes had a "drying" effect on my hands. I am pleased to see that this Carex Hand Wash is also anti-bacterial and claims to kill 99.9% of bacteria. I am pleased to see that regular hand washing is being encouraged by the use of such products as this, especially where children are concerned. It is a much more hygienic method of hand washing than a soggy tablet of soap on the washbasin!
