It generally retails at around £8, which is quite expensive for a hand cream, but I have seen it regularly on sale with a 20% discount and also a 3 for the price of 2 offer. If you also fall in love with the scent it is possible to buy other beauty products in the same range, such as shower gel, soap, hand wash, bath melts, drawer liners, body lotion, hand balm and a variety of gift packs. I shall wait until Waitrose have their 3 for 2 offer on aga...more

Cath Kidston Rose Hand Cream: Fab hand cream! (518 words)
by - written on 07/07/11 (Very useful, 53 readings)
Rating:

As I have mentioned in previous reviews, I use a lot of hand cream as dry skin on my hands is an occupational hazard for me. I'm not really bothered about the smell of the cream; all I want it to do is moisturise my hands effectively. A friend of mine bought me some Cath Kidston Rose hand cream for Christmas last year and I opened and used it for the first time the other day and loved it! ***The Packaging*** The cream comes in a lovely patterned box with the brand and product name printed on the side and inside the box is the tube of cream, which reminds me a little bit of a tube of tooth paste with a screw top lid. The tube itself is ...  Read the complete review

Smells Divine - Cath Kidston Wild Rose Hand Cream (305 words)

I was given this hand cream for my last birthday and I love it! Its wonderful old fashioned rose smell evokes fond childhood memories. Its not just the smell that has a retro feel, the tube itself harks back to pre plastic days and appears to be made of a thinnish, but pliable metal. This isnt as easy to use as a plastic tube - the metal can bend into odd shapes that are not easy to straighten out, but somehow it suggests a superior quality. I cant hold this minor defect against it and will have to award 5 stars. The cream itself is a thickish white and only a little is needed with each application. It isnt oily or greasy and the beautiful rose ...  Read the complete review

Cath Kidston Rose Hand Cream: Smells like roses (331 words)

Rose is a scent that always reminds me of my mum as it is her favourite and she has a variety of different lotions and potions in this beautiful garden aroma and so every so often, birthdays and Christmas's etc I buy her some Cath Kidston rose products as they have captured the scent very well and produced some great products in the rose flavour. One of their best products is this Rose hand cream which inevitably I have ended up using as well as I like it so much. I always like to keep a little tube of nice looking hand cream in each one of my handbags and this tube is not only handy it is very pretty too. The tube has a lovely flowery design on the front and ...  Read the complete review

Lovely handcream (182 words)

Rating:

I have tried several different hand creams as I tend to get quite dry hands especially in the winter time. This one is a lovely cream as it fits all needs when looking for some nourishment for your hands! The cream itself is lovely to apply as it smells delicious and feels so silky smooth on your skin. Not only this but it absorbs very quickly which is obviously very important as its super annoying to have to sit there waiting for hand cream to absorb for ages. It smells as pretty as the packaging is - of roses and other floral scents. The packaging is adorable with a lovely cath kidston floral print on the outer box and the actual tube is very ...  Read the complete review

Cath Kidston Rose Hand Cream: Gorgeous smell, deeply moisturising (181 words)

I suffer from dry hands, especially in winter (like most people do!) but this cream is fantastic! On the outside the packaging is gorgeous with signature Cath Kidston print, so this cream also looks lovely stood on your dressing table! It's really rich and deeply moisturising. You only need a small amount and it will keep your hands gorgeously soft all day. I received this for christmas and because it was so nourishing I still had the tube 9 months later! So although it comes across as quite expensive it's totally worth it because it lasts so long and really makes your hands soft. Some rich hand creams have the problem of making your hands greasy, I know ...  Read the complete review
