Advantages: Looks fancy

Disadvantages: I didn't click with it

I'm not that picky with handwash in general. My only stipulation is that it is in liquid form as I don't think bar soaps are all that neat to use and have a habit of falling out of my hands and then they get all dry and cracked. Normally I have Carex or my favourite, a Radox honey and cream one, so when I found this one in the bathroom I thought sure why not. I didn't buy this myself but think they are roughly £2 a bottle.

This is a deep pink or perhaps red bottle with a push pump at the top. Very feminine if an unusual colour for the bathroom. There is the Dove lettering in navy blue and a gold dove on the front. The product is named Luscious Velvet Beauty Cream Wash so a bit confusing as it conjurs up images of a body wash as it doesn't mention hands at all.

The product comes out a very pale pink and is quite slow to pump out and very little leaves the bottle. It lathers quite well though not as well as some I use which can be annoying as you have to get more. It does feel as if it contains quite a bit of moisturiser which is nice. The smell is interesting, smells quite creamy but with a hint of rose, it's okay but not something I really liked.

I think I should like this more than I do. Not quite sure why but this just doesn't feel aimed at my hands and I hope to have something different next time.

Summary: Not for me
