I tried this hand cream after using another one by Vaseline which didn't work that well. I have used this Nivea one before and I could remember it being good but didn't remember how good it actually was.

This is a nourishing hand cream that is meant to soften and nourish dry hands and cuticles with a long-lasting effect. The bottle says that it contains vitamins and minerals which enhance the skin's natural moisture production, nourishes hands and soothes and replenishes dry skin.

All of this is true as it seems to be doing everything that it claims it will do. It soaks into my hands quite well and very quickly without leaving no grease so that I can immediately touch things again straight after putting it on. It has a subtle but sweet scent which does smell very nice on the hands. It makes my hands feel softer straight away and gives them a bit of a glow but without looking or feeling greasy.

The patches of dry skin that I've had have cleared up quite a bit and I've only been using this cream for about a week. My hands have been nowhere near as itchy as usual and I only find myself putting the cream on a couple of times a day rather every couple of hours.

The Vaseline one that I previously used worked great at making my hands feel softer but it didn't actually get rid of the dry skin and only masked it over for a couple of hours. I am now sticking to using this Nivea hand cream as, not only does it make my hands feels much softer, it also seems to be clearing the dryness and cracks on my hands.
