Advantages: Thin Brush and Pen, variety of colours
I was bought this kit when i said i wanted to attempt nail art. I loved it! There is a great range of colours to create a variety of looks and it comes with a book that allows you to attempt a few basic designs with a step by step guide. I used this book to work on my technique, it helps you learn how to create flowers and flicks. Then once i had learned the designs in the books i searched for my ideas online.
The kit lasted ages before any of the nail varnishes dried up and when they do you can clean them out and put other nail varnishes in them and they still work fab. Also, if you're worried about the pen feature (which allows nail varnish to come out of the silver tip, under the pull lid) drying up then don't. At the bottom of the nail varnishes you will find a pin, if you insert this into the pen when they dry up then it removes the dried varnish and they work as good as new again.
What I love about the rio nail art kit is that the brushes are at the perfect size to create nail art on your nails and if you pull the lid rather than twist there is a pen that allows you to create spots. Therefore it allows you to create a variety of designs.
