      Thanks for reading

Suffering from weak nails, when I spotted the Hard As Nails Strengthening Nail Creme with Shea Butter, for sale in The Original Factory Shop I thought it was the perfect opportunity to try something new especially as it was only £2.
It is claimed to build strong nails in five days and repair rough cuticles.
The cream comes in a small white pot with a white and red label on the lid. This is on a backing card and is sealed so no one can use the pot you have bought as a tester. The net weight of the contents is 0.35oz / 9.9g though the pot isn't filled to the brim. I did find that all of the cream had slid to one side where it had been hanging in the shop on the backing card.
I found that the cream has a pleasant aroma to it which reminds me almost of chocolate orange, the cream itself is very thick and despite the pot now being stored the right way up hasn't moved from when I first opened it.
I followed the instructions and applied a dab on each of my nails and massaged in, paying close attention to my ragged cuticles. It was very easy to rub in and although it felt a bit greasy at first it was absorbed quickly.
It does warn you to remove any traces of the cream from your nails with nail polish remover before you use nail polish on them, but you can use it over nail polish. I'm not really sure how much this would help your nails when there's something blocking it from being absorbed? I suppose it would still help your cuticles.
Having used it for a couple of weeks now I have seen a definite improvement in the condition of my nails, they don't break as much (alas they do still break), feel a lot smoother and have a sheen to them almost as if I have been buffing them. My cuticles look and feel a lot nicer too.

The only downside with this is that I haven't seen it in any other shops, although I have seen it for sale online including ebay.

      What the packet says:
"Intensive formula with Vitamins A, C, E and special moisturisers restore strength and flexibility. This greaseless solution starts working with the first application to quickly repair rough, split cuticles on natural and artificial nails without damaging acrylics. You'll get strong healthy nails that resist cracking and breaking."
