Soap & Glory Hand Food
Advantages: Non-greasy, smells lovely, quickly absorbs
Disadvantages: Not found any yet
I work within office environment where I get really dry hands. It is the soap provided at work which leaves my hands extremely dry but to combine this with forever doing washing up at home (my hubby still didn't buy me a dishwasher) I am having to use hand cream several times a day to keep my hands moisturised.
I have tried loads of different brands some of them I really like and some I didn't. Whilst shopping in Boots, I have noticed that Soap and Glory stuff was on 3 for 2 offer and so decided to treat myself. I have purchased Hand Food hand cream as I have heard really good stuff about it and so had high hopes.
Hand Food hand cream is presented in very classy looking pink tube that stands on its lid. I love the name of this hand cream and I think it really stands out as well. It contains shea butter, macadamia oil and marshmallow and smells absolutely delicious. I especially like the shea butter element though and its benefits such as moisturising capability, is ideal for dry skin and also helps to restore skins elasticity.
Hand cream, apart from its lovely smell has also very nice consistency, just right for me really not too thin, but also not too thick either that you would struggle to squeeze it out unlike some other brands I have used before.
This hand cream absorbs really quickly, this is especially useful if you are at work or out and about I not need to worry about leaving my hands to dry or that I will get it on my clothes. Only a small amount of cream is required to moisture my hands which then leaves them nice and soft without any greasy feeling.
Overall I am very impressed with this hand cream. It is not the cheapest I used but to date probably one of my most favourite I have tried. I would recommend this hand cream if you suffer from dry hands, I apply it few times a day especially when I am at work.
This hand cream is available from Boots (on-line or in store), you looking at paying £5.00 for 125ml tub or £2.50 for 50 ml tub. Smaller tub is ideal for handbag for when you are out and about. Currently (Sept 12) there is 3 for 2 offer on Soap and Glory stuff so ideal time to grab a bargain.
Summary: I like this one a lot
