I have been working in a large format printers for a number of years now and every day I have to handle graphics printed on to material which could easily pick up dirty marks or finger prints if my hands were unclean and so I have to wash them several times a day to make sure I don't ruin anything.

Recently at work I have been using a Honeysuckle and Silk Hand wash from Tesco which is currently 55 pence on their website for 500ml which compared to some really well known brands is amazing value. As you would expect it is stored in a bottle with a pump action top to apply the liquid to your hands. When you use the pump especially when the bottle is still quite full you need to be careful as the hand wash can really fly out quickly and if your hands are not positioned correctly it can get on to your clothes by mistake.

The liquid is fairly thick and the colour of it is kind of cream or magnolia in appearance, to be honest both the consistency and the colour remind me of a pale custard but I love custard so this is ok. It smells quite pleasant which I assume is the honeysuckle and you can still smell the fragrance on your hands for some time afterwards. The label states that the formulation of this product is soap free, pH balanced and suitable for all family members. As I said before I often have to wash my hands during the course of my day but using this hand wash has never left them dry or irritated, this must be a lot to do with the fact that it has added moisturisers and natural extracts. We are all being encouraged to dispose of our refuse correctly and create less waste and in the spirit of this the empty bottle can be recycled. This has left my hands feeling clean, soft and smelling lovely without being overpowering and for the price that it costs it is an extremely reliable and brilliant hand wash to have in your bathroom or kitchen.
