This Estwing 24c Curved Claw Hammer was first recommended to my by a friend who is a chippy. Previously I had though most hammers were much of a muchness. How little did I know. The average homebase or b&q cheap own brand hammer is fine to have around if you hang the odd picture or dabble in extreme pest control. But if you are looking for a quality item and you make your living with your tools you really shouldn't scrimp.
