Which is why I prefer something a bit bigger and a bit more heavy-duty!
At under £20, this paticular box simply cannot be beaten on price! Reviews on some sites suggest that these are strong enough to use as a step-ladder so long as you are under the weight of say...Jonny Vegas (nervous laughter) but this is not something I would personally recommend! As some of you may know, I work as a Chef and so, over several years, have gathered together quite a odd-bod collection of knives to use in my trade; some useful, some not so much. Still, I like to carry the majority of them with me wherever I go because you never know when the one I want to use is the one I have left behind.
