Top quality saw and highly recommended

      @ Comfort & Cutting @

I bought this saw two years ago and i have used it for pretty much all of my DIY since then, its been a great tool to have. The saw has a handle which is made from plastic but it has very tiny raised bumps and these provide quite a lot of grip when your hands get sweaty, the plastic is quite thick but I've never had any problems with slipping off the saw or where my hands became so sweaty i was unable to use it.

The handle is very sturdy and there is no give when you try to push it down, i have on many occasions pushed it hard down when trying to get to hard to reach places on a plank of wood (we've all been there) but even though i normally put a lot of effort into this sort of thing and I'm quite heavy handed i still cant get it to budge, its attached quite well so comfort and build quality where the handle is concerned scores top marks.

When cutting a large plank of wood about two inches thick the saw wont bend constantly, its not flimsy like other saws and you don't get any problems with knots because the teeth don't get stuck and start to grind down on the wood, you can get them back out again quite easily. The teeth are quite sharp but they are also small enough to make minor cuttings easier to do, i never get the right balance with other saws because the teeth wear down too fast but they are great when cutting small things. The teeth on this saw cut through thick wood and thin wood and rarely jam, pulling them out again is easy and they are quite hard to bend under pressure. You can still bend them but they are quite durable.

      @ Build Quality @

This saw score top marks, after two years my teeth have worn down and its starting to show signs of wear but its not had an easy life and it does still saw. The handle has not become weak, the teeth are almost all completely straight and the side of the saw has marks on where its had friction burns from the side of wood but everything else is fine, just needs the logo repainted on the handle. Its still sturdy and like with older saws you get a bit of rust near the handle and you've had it, it becomes much weaker with this saw its not the case, I've never had that problem.

      @ Overall @

Top quality saw recommended for all types of cutting, its durable and made from good quality materials. If you're serious about your DIY or like me just love good tools then this is definitely for you, id recommend it over any other brand of saw.
