---Why Vellutti?--- No idea why the bags have this name - apart form it being Italian and therefore 'chic'. ---Moira C. & Brand--- Moira C is the brand name - It stands for Moira Clutton - who, as she tells everyone - 'has seven chldren and lives in a Windmill'! Moira lives in Lincolnshire and the Vellutti Bags are sold alongside Moira C's Scarflaces.
