      Advantages

      Disadvantages

A lovely purse but not practical for everyday use

I got a Radley coin purse for Christmas a couple of years ago and although I think it is beautiful and such good quality it isn't something that I use very often because it just isn't the most practical purse I own.

The purse is made from leather which is so beautiful and soft and really feels like good quality. I cannot say enough good things about the quality of it because it is excellent and so well stitched and put together. I have no doubts the purse will remain in good condition for years to come thanks to how well it is made and the quality of the leather used in its construction.

The design is also so adorable. I love Radley and their little dog designs which are immediately recognisable. They are just really cute and unusual. My one has a little dog which is chasing butterflies and again these are stitched on to the purse and again the stitching is so well done that the dog isn't even slightly moving from its original place on the purse.

My problem with the purse is that it is just too small for me to use on a daily basis. I know it is only a coin purse but I personally have so many cards that I couldn't think about using this as my main purse because it just isn't practical for me personally. It is a shame that it just isn't a little bit bigger because I would love to use it more because I do think it is a gorgeous purse.

My purse is black but it does also come in other colours and although I do not know how much was paid for my purse as it was a gift I do know that similar purses this size from Radley sell for about £21. I don't think this is a bad price because of how well it is made and the leather being such good quality and for people who only need a little purse and don't have loads of cards this would be a fabulous little purse to own.

A great value purse coin purse, well made, beautiful design, and all by Radley

        Radley Harvest Small Coin Purse

I have to confess I love the Radley range, and own 4 bags, a couple of purses and shopping bag, but would increase my collection at a moment's notice.

        =Purse=
At Christmas my daughter wanted to buy me a personal present, she's only 10 and I was suggesting a nice make-up bag, looking at under £5, but no she had better ideas. I have her organised as we shop for Christmas throughout the year, if we see a bargain we get it, so when I had an email advertising Radley products, we came to an agreement that she spent no more than £20.

        =Tan Leather Purse=
Christmas day I opened my presents as normal then in the afternoon she comes with a box, once gone through all the bubble wrap and tissue paper she used, there was this gorgeous Radley purse. It is a coin purse, which is something I wanted as there is times that could do with a small purse for loose change.

        =Radley Dog=
The Scottie Dog is the trademark of Radley and what we all come to expect from Radley items, on this purse, the Radley dog is cream, it has the dog chasing the butterflies in a field of corn and wheat, the corn and ears of wheat which are stitched on in cream. The purse is from the Harvest range, and the picture describes this perfectly.

        =Quality=
The quality of the purse is second to none, all the stitching looks like it has been done with care and effort, just to get everything right. The purse is robust as it always sits in the bottom of my handbag and gets knocked around with the other items in my bag, but is still in as good condition as I received it.

        =Lining=
The purse is fully lined and there is also a key holder section inside the purse. I keep a spare front door key in there, so I always know where ever I am I can get back into the house.

        =Fastening=
The purse is fastened by zip fastening, the only little bug bearer I have is that the zip looks too long for the purse, as there is about 1cm overhang, although this can be tucked in..

        =Would I recommend=
I would highly recommend the purse, it does exactly what it says a coin purse, you could fold a note in there if you needed to but with a few coins and a key that is pretty much the purse full.

        =Would I recommend the Brand=
I would highly recommend the Radley brand, they have a bag, purse, wallet, even sandals and shoes for every occasion. Yes they can be expensive, but in terms of the quality they are

          A nicely designed coin purse

About five years ago my aunt bought me this little Radley purse for a Christmas present.  She new I am a Radley fan so this was a very welcomed gift, which I really love.

My purse is the black version, my aunt matched it to the black Radley bag I had at the time.  It's a cute little purse, neat and a good size for my loose change without being too big and filling up my handbag.

I think my Aunt would have bout this purse from a house of Fraser near where they live and I know they sell for about £20-£25, which is quite expensive for a small purse, however it is lovely as a gift and lasts really well.

As I said, my purse in about five years old and is still in very good condition.  It has a few minor surface scratches caused by my keys but other than that still looks good, the zip still works well and there is no sign of wear and tear on the inside.

The purse zips open and the zip slightly overhangs which help the mouth of the purse open wider so you can see what change is in there.  The zip has little leather tap to hold onto when you pull it open and closed.  The purse is bulbous, ie. it does not squash flat.

This purse has a sweet picture of the Radley dog on it in a sort of beige colour and is decorated with a couple of redish coloured flowers which look nice on the black background.  Altogether this is a very neatly designed purse which is smart but at the same time a little quirky.

          Advantages

          Disadvantages

          A very lovely little purse

When I was about twelve my grandmother bought me a little Radley purse which was fitting as I needed one to carry my change about for school lunches and because I'd just recently saved up to buy a West Highland Terrier (or Westie) puppy which is identical to the image of the dog on their brands. Its listed as a Scottish Terrier but I think the smaller mouth/jaw makes it more akin to my dog in particular. That was my first Radley purse and it was a small plain black one with little going on other than a tiny sewn on picture of a dog in white to contrast the black. One I got a little older I thought I'd buy myself another Radley product because I'd like the look of the first one so much and that's when I bought this purse.

Because, like I said, the first purse I had was only very plain for my next one I decided to go for a little more colourful option and so a bought one that is tan leather in colour with a white dog and cream/pink accented butterflies. The purse features the same design as the one in the picture of this review but there are 4 different colour options. Excluding the one from the image and the one I described, the other two are black with a grey dog and red butterflies, and grey with a yellow dog brown butterflies. My favourite two are the red and tan ones as I like a bit more colour but the other two are also very lovely looking and much more understated.

As you would expect from a coin purse all it is really is a pocket of leather material with a zip at the top. The purse is only small at 11 x 6.5 cm but thats the perfect size for keeping a few coins stashed away in one neat place or maybe even your keys if you don't have lots of keychains in the key section. It fits perfectly in any pocket really but isn't completely flat so would probably keep its shape best in a coat or jacket one as opposed to jeans for example. There is a little excess from the zip that hangs over the edge and down the side of the purse but that isn't really much of an issue for me as it doesn't take away from the overall look of the purse or effect its storage.

Overall I think this is a lovely purse that goes with anything. It isn't exactly huge but its size matches its cuteness and as always Radley maintain their high quality products (to justify their high prices!). I would recommend as it is a nice design, useful and the zip has never jammed or snapped over like I have experienced from some other less expensive products. It costs £21 which is quite expensive but it makes a lovely gift (like my grandmother to me) and perhaps even a nice way to introduce someone to the Radley brand (again like my grandmother did).

            Advantages

            Disadvantages

A great little purse for coins for short trips or to keep certain coins separate well made and cute

This cute little coin purse is one I received for my 40th birthday recently. I was very lucky and got a Radley handbag and this cute coin purse in the same colour leather to match. I have only really ever had one coin purse in the past as I prefer normally to have a large purse with a coin, credit card and paper money sections. However I have really taken to using this coin purse a lot recently as I find the small size is perfect for taking out with me with my young son and putting into the change bag when I need some money but not a huge amount or indeed any cards.

Made by the famous Radley brand and sporting the cute little Scottie dog on the front this purse is instantly recognisable as a Radley one. The purse I own is a tan leather one with the doggie in cream leather the design comes in several colours including red and black. The leather is beautifully soft as I find with all of the Radley bags and purses I own. The design is very cute and fits perfectly with the autumn with stitching in cream of the ears of wheat or corn. Despite regular use the stitching and the dog and butterflies are very robust and show no signs of wear and tear or damage.

The purse is lined with material and as with both Radley coin purses I own also contains a key holder section. I personally never use this for my keys and find it superfluous to my needs, however if you are taking the coin purse out on an evening or a day at the races for example it may be handy to attach your key for the day or night to keep it safe.

The zip of the purse is nice and well-made and has never jammed or got stuck in all the time I have being using it. The zip hangs over the edge of the purse slightly but I find that this tucks into the side of the purse with ease. Despite this over hanging section it doesn't seem to get tangled in other items in my bags.

The purse is small and it really is only suitable for loose change or a note folded origami style to keep it small and for this reason it is only suitable if you want to keep certain coins separate for example for bus fares or days when you know you won't be doing a lot of shopping. The design is very cute and simple but I personally think it is more of a day purse and not a glam evening style of purse for a clutch bag.

Overall this is a great little purse for days out when you need some loose change and small amount of cash. The leather is lovely and soft to the touch and is well made. The cute little doggie design of him chasing butterflies in a field of wheat or corn is delightful. At £21 it is not the cheapest purse but it is one I will certainly treasure.
