The Body Shop Cool Brit Bag For Life

After being caught out a couple of times in Wales with the 5p charge, I made an effort to keep some shopping bags in the car and carry a couple of the fold up reuseable bags in my handbag, I love ones with designs on, why have plain and boring when you can have fun.

=My Purchase=
I purchased this bag when I was in Wales, on holiday, chucked my purse in my pocket, as I wasn't going shopping, but ended up just popping into The Body Shop. This was May last year, when the whole of the UK was in celebrations.

=Price=
I confess that I the bag was £4, but as my love your body loyalty card was due to have stamp no 4, means £5 free gift, that with this and lip balm, I had £5 discount, so the bag was effectively free.

=The Bag=
The bag is made from cotton, it is lightweight and soft to the touch, and folds up great in any handbag, pocket or inside another bag. The handles of the bag are also made from cotton, and I have to say that I was impressed wit the handles as you can slip the bag on your shoulders, or carry it at arms length which is a personal choice.

=Design=
The design is that of a Union Jack flag and this is repeated on both sides of the bag, the flag is at an angle, and on the bag there is also The Body Shop Logo in the bottom corner of the bag. The colours are bright, very in keeping with the Union jack the deep red, the royal blue and white is white, but this is a shiny white. The base of the bag is a deep off white/cream colour, and the handles have the red that contrasts well with the bag, as it is the red that matches from the flag.

=Using the bag=
I love this bag, it is really roomy, it can hold a lot of shopping, or books, or swimwear and a towel. If I put swimwear, I always line the bag with a carrier bag. The bag comes everywhere with me, it is really worth £4, the seams are strong, the quality of the bag is really good.

=Hand wash=
I have had to wash the bag a few times, and I just wash it in the sink, drip dry and it looks as good as new. If I had of known exactly how much use and how good this bag was I would have brought a 2nd or even 3rd bag, but alas I was lucky to get the one, they were literally flying out of the shop.
