When ebook readers first came out I was a bit skeptical about them but when I packing for my holiday I realised that like half of the space in my carry on bag was taken up by books and decided then that I really needed to get a kindle. Unfortunately it was too late then to do get one but as soon as I got home I ordered my kindle and the only thing I regret is having waited this long to get one in the first place!

I'm a really big reader and take any opportunity I can to read my book which means that whenever I go away anywhere I need to take a couple books with me which can be difficult. I don't have that problem any more though. With space for thousands of books I never need to worry about being without a book. I got the 3G version so that even if I do finish all the books I have I can just download a new one.

One of the best things about the kindle is how easy it is to use. I'm not the best with technology but I managed to pick how to use my kindle almost instantly.

I already had an iPad when I bought my kindle but that is almost useless for reading books. If there is any light at all it makes the screen almost impossible to read. This is not a problem with my kindle.
