Amazon Kindle Keyboard 3G

Advantages: size, books are a good price.
Disadvantages: looking a bit dated
I've had my Kindle now for coming up to 3 years.
What is it...
It's an ebook reader, which means you can load books onto it and read them, once loaded you do not need to be connected to a wifi,3G or PC to read them.
To get the books on the device you either can use the shop interface on the Kindle, when connect with either a wifi signal or 3G, or load then onto the device when connected to your PC, you can even send them by email, but for yur device to load them it will again need to be on either a 3G or wifi connection.
How to book the books...
Very easy, you buy them through Amazon, your Kindle is connected to your Amazon account, buy a Kindle book and it is sent to your Kindle.
You can also use places like Gutenberg for free books that are no longer under copy rights.
I must say the Kindle Keyboard is starting to look a little dated now, but add a case and you will have a great looking reader.
Uses the Kindle is very easy, pick your book from your reading list, click the button, and off you go, when you have finished your reading for the day, no need to mark your place, just turn off your Kindle and it saves your place for you, you can have as many books on the go as you like.
Kindle on other devices...
Yes sounds daft but you can have Kindle on your PC or mobile, ok you don't get the paper like effect of the Kindle when reading, as your PC will be back lit, same as your phone, but it does come in handle if you have a few mnutes spare when on the bus or at your PC when your Kindle is not to hand, whatsmore, which ever device you are using, your other devices will update to last page read, so next time you pick up a different device, it will be at the correct page.
To sum up...
Great build, as said mine is still going, if like me you hate books sittings collecting dust, then buy a Kindle, you won't regret it.
Summary: The best ereader, a must have!
