This was the first smart phone that I had ever bought, and was very excited to recieve it. I have had the phone for a little over four months now, and nothing has gone wrong with it at all. I dont have a bad word to say about this phone. It acts as my port of call for my emails, and messages, but also acts as my music player (with the handy jack for headphones) It is sleek to look at, and to touch. The QWERTY keyboard is excellent, although it took me a while to get to grips with it as I have quite small hands and the handset is rather wide. However, I dont think I could ever go back to using a normal handset again. This Blackberry is great, and I totally recommend people using this for day to day, or if you're a professional for your emails.
