Advantages: Easy to use and to set up

Disadvantages: Keeps crashing and had to replace the charger

Overall this is a great phone. Very user friendly and intuitive, and easy to set up for internet and email use. In fact, much easier than I found my previous Balckberry Pearl. The profiles are more complicated with a lot of different options, however, set up one or two and your laughing. The HiRes screen is great, and the camera is very good, I think it is 2.5x mag, and is fine. The games (always useful for the business user) are great and I am addicted to the Poker! It is lightweight and smart looking. I do not like Blackberry tools for the PC and have uninstalled it, as it makes my computer very slow and is not so user friendly. One issue I have had is the phone has creashed repeatedly (often for an hour at a time of no functionality) which is frustrating but could be a software issue. I had to replace the charger as it was working only intermittently. Overall though, a nice useful functional phone for both business and personal use.
