I had used a Palm 3c for about 18 months prior to getting the Ipaq. I was unprepared for the lack of battery life I need to charge the ipaq every night while palm will go for a week between charges.

I was overjoyed with the way the ipaq works with outlook - this was the main reason I changed. You can sort by name or company, assign as many categories as you like and list just that category.

Constant sync between windows meaning that any change made on desktop is immediately replicated on the ipaq. This works with contacts, calendar, and files.

The Ipaq is very easy to upgrade with a jacket. You can get compact Flash, PCMCIA, GSM, GPS, and Bluetooth. I added the bluetooth jacket, which also has a compact flash socket. With this add-on it connects very well with my T68i to download email and surf the web.

A very nice PDA if you need wireless access to email, and are able to charge every night and do not mind the size.
