Advantages: good battery life, hadnwriting recognition

Disadvantages: a bit bulky and heavy

Dell Axim is a great PDA and it might be old but still serves the purpose. I bought mine 3 years back and back then it was one of the good looking and efficient pdas in the market.
It is an extremely useful item with calendar, tasks, and address book features plus Photo and Document Viewer, Dictator, Diary and lots lots more!

Software:

Pocket PC 2003 operating system. Microsoft Pocket Office suite including Pocket Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, Reader, and Outlook. Also, Terminal Services, MSN Instant Messenger for Pocket PC and Voice Recorder as well as handwriting recognition.

When i bought it, it included-

Screen Size Diag: 3.5", Resolution: 240 x 320.

Battery 1440 mAh Lithium Ion rechargeable. Battery is replaceable. It's battery life is good even now.

Performance: 400MHz XScale processor, 64 megs RAM, 48 megs ROM.

I used it as a navigator with the software installed. Although i have bought a new TOMTOM navigator i still think this has been one of the best gadgets. These days it can be bought for wuite cheaply on ebay or other online shops.

Summary: Its old model but still good at its job.
