Advantages: Great colour display, lots of features, easy to use
Disadvantages: Bulky, heavy, greedy on batteries
...otherwise, you'd be better off sticking with a Palm series machine or something like that! Why? Well, there are broadly two kinds of users - the busy professional who just wants an electronic diary and some e-mail functionality, and then there are the people who want all of that, plus the opportunity to show off!! You see, the HP Jornada is a great "Multimedia" machine, with diary, e-mail, and a whole host of other features, such as an MP3 player, games (yes, 3D golf is now possible in your pocket!!) You can view pictures, watch movies (in a fashion!) and also record voice memos. But do you really need these features? If so, then the HP Jornada is a fantastic machine. A bit bulky, but still great. It has all of the organiser functionality with some great added features, plus the colour screen is one of the best. It is very easy to use too. However, all of this comes at a price. It's heavy, bulky, pricy (for the 32Mb), and greedy on the old power. For anyone wanting just a good, solid organiser without any frills, the Palm series might be a better choice, as they are much lighter, thinner, and cheaper. Otherwise, go for the HP - it's a nice looking piece of kit, and does the job nicely!
