Unlike the other review of this product I'll write about the Ipaq HP3970 rather than their customer support. This is a Microsoft Windows Pocket PC 2002 handheld. It's features are many and varied and it's uses extensive. Basic specs: 400MHz Intel PXA250 processor, 64K colour, 16 bit touch sensitive TFT screen, 64MB RAM, 48MB Flash ROM, 20MB free ROM (Ipaq data store). Storage is via a SD (Secure Digital) card. I have got an iPAQ 3970, which I bought in May 2003. Last week it decided not to charge anymore. This is my experience with their customer support: - Saturday: I call them and tell them about the situation. The guy tells me to call on Monday, fair enough. - Monday: I call them again and after waiting 35 minutes for pass through the menus and queues I manage to log the call. They get my contact details and serial number for the device. They say that their courier will come tomorrow to collect it. - Tuesday: It is 4PM and nobody has come to collect it.
