Advantages: Good pocket PC, goes a lot of things, good for browsing web etc.

Disadvantages: Reliablity, battery problem

I brought this product as a refurbished, off ebay, for £180. It isn't the thinest of devices, or the lightest, but it will do. The screen is big enough, and it has all the right features, WLAN, Bluetooth etc.
There are a few glitches in it though.
After a month or so of having it, the touch screen messed up, part of the screen just would not function. So I phoned up HP, and they gave the Collect and Return system, which is useful, as it meant I didn't have to post it myself! It was sent off to hungary, took a while to get it fixed because "the part wasn't in stock", so, after about 6 weeks, I got it back, and wah hey, it's working again.
So, any other problems? Yes, the long lasting problem with the battery, where the battery doesn't last so long! If you switch it off, it randomly likes to turn itself on, and waste battery. There is a 'fix', but it doesn't work. So, each time I am not using the device, I take the battery cover off, which stops the device from working.

Ok, now the good side to it, it is good for playing videos, music etc. Get hold of Opera Mobile web browser (costs extra), and you'll have a great web browser. Internet Explorer isn't too good, it's quite slow, and can make the device freeze.

You can do a fair amount of things on this device, but what you can or can't do, and what is good/bad is from now on down to Windows Mobile 5, which would be a completely different review.

Summary: A good pocket PC, though there are better out there, buy if you can get cheap.
