The HTC touch Diamond is the ,ost unuser friendly phones I've ever used and should be avoided!! Ended up getting rid of it and going back to my very old phone, even though on contract,

Good points - Firstly, an attractive looking fascia, the whole phone is very sleek, the camera on it was excellent, screen quality is one of the best I think you'll see on a phone, and the games were quite good one using an accelerometer to bounce a little ball around a maze, quite realistic!

Bad points - Connects to internet and uses data allowance willy nilly just by being in bag or pocket, plastic back covering very cheap for a phone of this supposed quality and price and therefore scratches quite easily, Windows was often laggy and unresponsive, it's so annoying to use in general with the touchscreen.

I gave it up to use my Nokia 6111 which must say something. I think HTC got it wrong this particular model, on the surface it's a very good looking little plaything but I found it for me like a chocolate fireguard.
