Advantages: great value, works great and has a great screen

Disadvantages: none at all

Ok this is my first review so if its a bit confusing I'll say sorry now, I'll give it my best. OK here we go.

Well the XDA 2 it really is a great piece of work. First of I'll give you a list of the ins and outs.

1) It has a huge screen which pretty much takes up the whole phone.

2) There is no keypad for you to get your fingers round.
3) It is all touch screen that also comes along with a small pen type that just slots into the top of the phone.

4) Very easy to use, I will admit it is quite big BUT it will fit in to the side pocket of your handbag or in the inside pocket of your coat.

5) It has Internet on it.
6) It has a video camera.
7) Very easy to use and figure out.
8) It has games.

That is just a small list of what this phone has it has a whole lot more.

I have the phone in front of me so I'll tell you some more but with alot more detail.

----------
The look
----------

The phone is silver and has 3 buttons under the screen the 2 side button are for your phone calls answering and ending. The middle button is for the joy pad mainly for searching through the menus if you choose not to use the pen. It measures 14cm in length, 8cm wide and 3 cm thick, now i know it sounds like a bit of a brick but you really have to hold and see one to know that its not as bad as it sounds. On the top end of the phone above the screen is another 2 button one in each corner, the first one is for the contacts instead of going all the way through the phone to get to them all you need to is touch this button. The other button is for your calendar same idea just a shortcut. on the top of the phone is the on an of button when you turn it on all you need do it touch the screen and away you go. Like every other phone on the bottom of the phone is where the charger goes. On the side of the phone you have got 2 buttons and a up and down slide switch, the top button is for getting in to your notes which can be hand written using the pen (which i always find myself doodling on) the bottom button is the camera when the camera is on you will see 3 tiny boxes in the corner 1 has a picture of a camera which can be touched to chance over from camera to video recorder, another box which has a picture that is pretty much the same as a folder you touch this if you want to get in to the photos you've already taken and the last box has a picture of a screwdriver and a spanner this is for the camera settings. On the back of the phone the top quarter is black this is where the camera lens is. On the other part of the phone it is silver this is the slide off part for getting to the battery and sim card.

--------------
features
--------------

This phone has many features I'll do a list this will make it easier to understand.

1) START menu which is exactly the same as a P.C. When you get into the start menu you will notice everything you would get on the P.C (near enough)

The start menu has these features :-

Today - takes you back to the main screen
Active - Which gives you all your Internet options
Active sync - This allow you to connect to your P.C by USB
Contacts - This is all your phone numbers, which is also very good as you can store names, addresses, work details and have a photo for each of your contacts.

Inbox - This is where you will find your messages that you have been sent.

Internet explorer - This allow you to access the Internet on your phone and browse the web

Notes - This you can hand write on the screen and put what you want to put.

Task - Just like any other phone this allows you to set yourself targets

Ultra profiler - This is to set your profiles for your phone

Windows media player - Everyone knows what this is and for those who don't this is so you can listen to music or watch films on your phone.

Programs - This contains all your folders (documents, msn messenger, photo albums, Microsoft word, e.t.c.)

Settings - This allow you to change the settings on your phone and Internet settings.

Find - This allows you to find files on your phone if you can't find them anywhere else.

Help - This is there incase you need help working out what the phone does.

The only thing I've found a problem with was the charger because I only got the USB charger so for me to charge my phone everytime i have to plug it into the computer, so if my phone goes flat while the comps off i have to turn the computer back on.

But the really good thing about the phone is you can use it as your camera for the P.C
--------
Price
--------
Like most phones they can be very pricey but you can get them for a slightly good price but like everything you have to shop around a bit.

I bought mine for £100 of a friend. The cheapest I've seen them for is around £150-200 and that was out the ad-mag you can buy them on ebay too for a bit of a price of £250-350. But with the amount of features you get this is well worth every penny (or pound. lol)

My opinion it that I would tell anyone to get one.

Summary: the important bit for me is that its easy to use and the battery last forever
