Advantages: convenient and easy to use

Disadvantages: not easily upgradeable

I have a Palm III for almost 2 years now. It has been brilliant. I use it for my shopping list, birthdays, addresses, timesheets, bus/train timetables, playing games....

I have had a few problems with the unit, firts time in Aus, and the problem was rectified promptly by Palm support. However, with the problem I had in the UK, I had many problems getting through to the support line (was it the UK phones?). This just turned out to be a low battery.

Overall, I couldn't be without it, but wish that I could upgrade it as simply as you could the earlier models. I would like more memory, rechargeable batteries and more time to find useful applications.
