Advantages: compact, stylish and user friendly

Disadvantages: black & white screen

I bought the revo to replace my filofax and have not looked back since. The extensive range of functions incorporated into the revo as standard, together with the additional software that is available makes for a very versatile and useful tool. The revo can synchronise with my office and home PC's to enable my calender and contacts list to be uniform. The revo is lightweight and can be easily carried in your pocket or handbag. Far more inconspicuous than your filofax or laptop computer. (you can travel light) Additional functions such as word, excel and the abilty to e-mail via a seperate modem which can be linked to your mobile phone enable you to send documents when you are on the move. I would highly recommend a revo to anyone who uses office based PC's and feels isolated when on the move. The revo surpassed my expectations and I consider the revo to be very good value for money in comparison to its competitors in the hand held organiser market.

I agree with everything that Jacksmum says about this nifty little machine. I also got it to replace a filofax and have been delighted with the ease of all its functions as well as its ability to do all kinds of things I didn't expect. Best buy for me for a long time. I noticed today that prices are falling dramatically and you can get one complete with an infra-red mobile (to send and receive e-mails) for less than £250. Can't be bad. Mags
