I've owned the toshiba e740 for a while now but once i saw the sony clie PEG-NX70 i had to get one. I'll get the bad out of the way, it's very expensive $599.99 it's one of the most expensive PDAs on the market right now but i never felt as though i got ripped off. It's packed with features including the highest res screen on any PDA(320X480), built in camera for video and still pictures, although most players won't play back the sony video format.
