Toshiba Pocket PC E570 ... bought the E570 in April 2002 purely because the Compaq Ipaq 3870 was not in stock where I was buying it from. (The other online store prices were much higher). It cost me £440 inc. VAT the price below is what it costs now from the same place. I'm not entirely sure if that was a good idea or not because, although I love my PDA, it's not got very many accessories and Toshiba no longer support it. In fact, they stopped supporting it only a few months after its release. Also, any accessories that are available are very expensive compare to those you can buy for other PDA's. About the E570... Toshiba Pocket PC E570 ... the new Sony, but the disadvantage for me, was I ideally needed the Microsoft Operating System for what I wanted, otherwise the Sony would have been a choice. I soon came to terms with that I would need to pay extra and look towards the Compaq. The compaq is an amazing PDA, I have seen other peoples. they look great, fast and good colour, but they are expensive. I luckily came across the Toshiba range. The Toshiba e310 was my first choice, but I was quickly put of by the fact I could only buy them from select stores, like Dixons and PCWorld. I always keep away from items like this.
