... loud. It seems to run at a reasonable temperature, I have felt it before after the coputer has been running for a couple of hours and it has been reasonably cool nothing to worry about. The drive is a massive 500Gb which is plenty for the average user easily fitting all of your music, documents and videos on with little trouble and acres of space to spare. The Hitachi Deskstar is a great little hard drive which can be had for around £40. I bought this hard drive for my first computer i built and am extreamly impressed with its preformance. It is exceptionaly quiet i have never really heard a peep from it over the sound of the fans and DVD drive which isn't really that loud. It seems to run at a reasonable temperature, I have felt it before after the coputer has been running for a couple of hours and it has been reasonably cool nothing to worry about.
