The HP Simple Save portable hard drive is a must for all users who are demanding more storage.
HP are a very trust worthy manufacture of storage solutions. I have used this device for the last six months and had no corruption issues or lose of data problems. What first attracted me to this device is the jet black colour that would look good on any desk plus the small size of the device.

Installation of the device was easy under Windows Vista and Windows 7 This device is plug and play which means all you do is plug the device in and Windows installs the correct drivers allow the device to communicate with your computer. Its then a matter of dragging and dropping the files you wanted stored onto the device. The device is very light weighing on at just under 200gms this device is small enough to fit into any rucksack or suitcase the perfect mobile data solution.

The device comes with a two year warranty that I don't think you would use as we use this device each day for very large backups and the device has never caused us any issues.
The device is also very quiet when moving data my laptops fan is probably louder.
This device is perfect for home users who need a larger storage solution. The only disappointing point is that the supplied cable is quite small but a quick car ride to the nearest IT store will resolve this issue. In conclusion this device being small is very powerful and fast at transferring data The device is made well out of heavy plastic and would take some abuse before being damaged. I would recommend this device to anyone.
