With 4GB you can a lot with the Xbox 360 game console from Microsoft. You can just play all the games, saving and downloading small files. For many people this is sufficient. Via the Xbox Live system is it also possible to buy games online and download, which soon a few gigabytes are needed. Also games you buy in a store, can be installed on the console in order to start than quicker. Also the Xbox can be used as a media system by, films, pictures and videos. All in all, for light use the 4GB version is very suitable, but if you want the Xbox as a media system use or for example (many) games to download and install then better opt for this hard disk.

The Media Hard Drive comes in a white-green package from Microsoft. In addition to the hard disk it has also clear instructions. The hard disk has a glossy black color and is enclosed on all sides except the back. At the top is "Xbox 360" engraved and on the bottom some other product information.

Important to know when purchasing this hard disk is that this product can only be used with the normal models and not the slim versions of the Xbox 360. With the normal variants of the Xbox 360 the hard drive is placed on top of the console.

Placing the hard drive is very easing as at the narrow end of the hard drive you have a clip. You need to press the clip and then to slot the narrow end into the Xbox. When it's connected you will hear a click confirming that the hard drive is in the right position.

For me the hard drive is simply a must since I use the Xbox as a media centre with movies, music and of course lots of games. I think i paid around 55 pounds for this hard drive which i think is reasonable price.
