This hard drive came with the Xbox 360 when I bought it and to be honest if you have an Xbox 360 you really need a hard drive to get by. I think the memory cards are pretty useless, aprt from being able to use your profile anywhere. The minimum I believe you can buy is 20GB but if all you are doing is saving games, storing music, downloading game demos then you should just buy this hard drive. BUT if you want to install games to the hard drive then you need to get a bigger HDD because all I have managed to do is install two games onto it, which is useless if you have more than two games that you play very regularly. Also you will need a bigger hard drive if you are going to be downlading HD movies from the marketplace. Without jinxing myself, mine has yet to fail on me and I have had it for nearly 3 years now. Overall you really need this as a bare minimum, they sell them for around £40 in the gaming stores but I think the lowest I have seen online is about £20, so the choice is up to you where you get it from.
