UNRELIABLE

I previously gave this product an excellent review on JR.com (as "Louie the lawyer"), but shortly thereafter Norton Ghost reported bad sectors on the drive during backups. Later testing (WD diagnostics) confirmed that there were so many bad sectors they could not be counted! This was only three months after purchase!!

Efforts to return the disk to TrekStor FAILED even after providing copies of the error messages and offering to send them the bad disk. They refused to take responsibility for their defective product.
