I ordered this item recently to save my audio and video files to from my laptop to keep them safe. It was ordered from amazon and their service was as always outstanding. The hard dive is a very simple to use USB 'plug and play' system. It loads almost insantateously with the computer and allows quick drag and drop copying. The only down sides to this product are: 1.
