The Western Digital My Passport is truly an essential portable hard drive to own! Western Digital make great portable hard drives and this has definitely been the best yet. 320GB of space for around £65 is a great deal, you get a handy portable hard drive for extra storage or backups and they also throw in the usb cable for free. It does include WD Sync as well but that will only work on PCs (even though this hard drive is suitable for Macs as well) The hard drive connects over USB 2.0 resulting in high speed data transfers (extremely quick compared to small usb flash drives) and means you don't need an external power supply to use this hard ... If you are looking for a high capacity, lightweight and compact storage device, then look no further than a Western Digital MyPassport. This particular model holds a large 320GB of data. This is great if you want to transfer large files. Personally though, I use mine for creating backups of all of the data on my PC. A very good piece of software to create backups with which I use is DriveImage XML. I would certainly advise anyone to look this up on the Internet, as it creates a full backup in a very fast time. So, back to the MyPassport. It weighs just 182g and it's dimensions are 126.1 x 79.5 x 15 cm. You can choose from various colours, ... Read the complete review
