Western Digital Velociraptor WD3000HLFS 300 GB

I am lucky enough to have two of these in my gaming system. Western Digital's VelociRaptor is an absolute joy to own. I feel that The Western Digital VelociRaptor is hands down the fastest single hard drive I have ever owned. I thought it would be nigh on impossible for Western Digital to improve upon the Raptor series of drives, well people, they have only gone and done it! The drive has a burst speed of over 250 MB/s and a sustained read speed pushing over 100 MB/s seeing these benchmarks was enough to put a smile on my face.
