Sennheiser CX 300-II Precision ... Sennheiser CX 300-II Precision headphones make a great cheap alternative that work great for most genres of music. I got these from Play.com for only £15 as a cheap alternative to the Apple headphones and they have surpassed all my expectations. The CX 300s come in an Eco friendly recycled cardboard box with minimal packaging. The headphones themselves are nicely designed with interchangeable earbuds to make sure you get the perfect fit and a good length cable. They are the sort of headphones that fit into your ear canal so it does take some fiddling to get them to say in. Sennheiser PX 100 ... point to note straight away when choosing the PX100 s: the open back. And it is this open back which makes all the difference. So if you are trying to choose between the PX200 s and these then that is the only thing you need to know! What the open back does is, in effect, let the sound breathe. I used to work in a high end electronic shop Sevenoaks Sound and Vision , and they used to say to say the effect that the closed back style of the PX200 s is best imagined as though you were cupping your ears whilst listening to music. JVC HA EB70-S ... of the annoying things about having to run is the sheer boredom of it, in my case it tends to hit around the 2 mile mark and results in no motivation or interest in carrying on. So the solution is to run with some kind of music player, I have an oddly large collection of mp3 players for someone who has never really seen the point of them but all those players came with traditional style ear phones, which sit in the outer area of the ear, but these do not stay put very well even when simply walking so biting the bullet I decided to buy a set of either earbuds or over ear style earphones in the hope that they would sit more comfortably.
