Apple Ipod Earphones are earphones that come with your Ipod.

The Apple Ipod headphones are as you would expect finished in a white colour with some grey rubber on the end of the earphone itself. The look is clean and understated and is nothing short of brilliant, well apart from the fact that by wearing them in public you basically might as well wear a sign on your forehead that says mug me!

The earphones are surprisingly comfortable, the earpieces are just the right shape to get a snug fit in my ears and unlike cheaper makes they have a nice ring of rubber so the hard plastic that the earphone is made of doesn't hurt your ears. The wire is of a good length and there is an adjustable plastic tag for how long you want the headphones to be between your
head and chest.

The sound quality is where everything begins to fall apart a little, the sound isn't horrible there are far worse headphones but it just lacks any power, bass or anything and when you turn them up loud the noise leaks everywhere and gets distorted. The sound is just bland. Compared to my new Philips headphones I can barely use these anymore as listening to music on them is just not a pleasurable experience.

These are not terrible headphones by any means, they are just average. You get a decent sound it is just lacking in all areas once you have used a better pair of headphones. These will do you for the first couple of days of Ipod ownership, just make sure you upgrade to something a little better so you can make the most of your music player.
