I used to own a pair of these Dr Dre. iBeats, I had received them as a birthday present bought from the retailer HMV. These headphones were bought brand new in the box and within one month the one side of the headphones had gone and then a month later both sides had gone. My pair of these headphones were not twisted nor did I leave them unattended away from myself. However, the retailer did not hesitate to upgrade my pair for me to the upgraded pair of headphones for no extra cost. Apart from all of that they are what they say on the box, you really do here the music as if you yourself is inside the studio listening to the music with the artists. The headphones that I use now sound just as good and they are the Beats by Dr Dre. UrBeats, I have also insured my pair just in case and I would suggest that you do too.
