Best headphone for classical and new age within 100 pounds (Beyerdynamic Premium DT 440 Edition 2007)

This is my first truely hi-fi headphone, and I have to say that it is one of the two most recommended headphone within 100 pounds by me,(the other one is SR80 made by Grado). However, if you listen to classical and new age, this Dt440 is definately your BEST choice within 100 pounds.

The soundstage of Dt440 is the largest I've ever heard, and it has inherited greatest level of transparency from the previous Beyerdynamic phones, creating a great atomsphere when playing the Newage music. The mids are bit recessed, and voice are played too plain, so I would not recommend for pop and rock. Try SR80 in that case. The bass is not massive, but in a very good quality. The higs are very very well extended, and the highest frequency produced by violin are clearly audible. The most precious point of this phone is it sounds as awesome on simple system, see, laptops, thanks to the low-impedince design of Beyerdynamic.
