Bose In-Ear Headphones
Advantages: Top sound quality
Disadvantages: Very expensive
Now as these headphones were Bose, I was confident they would be the best yet, and for the price they should have been.
Thankfully, they have sound quality that is unsurpassed by anything else on the market. As Bose make only ausio equipment they have clearly found a knack for doing do. The music is crisp and warm, but be warned if you don't couple the headphones with the right mp3 then you won't benefit from them.
As for the looks, they are very attractive. All shiny black plastic and silvery metals. Even the translucent rubbery bud is quite attractive. Comfortable too. It adjusts itself to the shape of your ear meaning the sound has less places to escape from giving you a better 'audio experience'... not my words, those used by the salesman. However, I advise you not to share your shiny new headphones with everyone because the headphones go rather deep into your ear. As such I have been wary about letting anybody use them for fear of hygeine.
The little rubbery buds that actually go into your ear have a habit of vanishing. If you are like me and put your heaphones in your pocket with your iPod then you will need to invest in spares which can be bought from Bose. At £3-4 this isn't cheap, but then nor are the heaphones they fit onto.
Finally the durability, I have had mine for over three months now which, for me at least, is very impressive. Normally within three months my headphones have either fallen apart or stopped making any sound whatsoever.
Overall, if you have the money to spend, a good mp3 player and love music I strongly suggest you at least consider these headphones. I will say however that although there are more expensive Bose headphones that promise even better sound quality don't be taken in. After about £60 the difference in sound quality as you go up the price range is negligible.
Summary: If you love your music and have the money, get them
