Advantages: Very comfortable, sound is well above average, and sound isolation is impeccable

Disadvantages: There are not any disadvantages

I have owned a pair of bose triport headphones since January, when I bought them from an apple store in New York. I have used them whenever I have had the chance during the period that I have owned them. I think they are well above average so in this article I will tell you why I think that.

The sound quality is probably the most important thing here, and in my opinion, it does not disappoint. Everything about the sound is perfect. The bass is great, and higher notes are sharp and clear. Acoustic songs especially sound great on this set of cans, sounding like a live performance. The sound really does meet the high standards that Bose has set over the past few years.

Now I an going to move over to the comfort side of things. I know that not much can be said about on-ear headphones when it comes to comfort as they do not actually enter the ear like in-ear headphones. But these are phenomenally comfortable. I don't think I have ever had more comfortable headphones on my ears. They are fantastic and do not hurt your ears after continued use no matter how long you listen to them, making them great for long haul flights, they are also easily extendable to make sure that you get the perfect fit.

The sound isolation is another thing that really does seem to impress here, it always has with Bose. Whenever I have these on all I can here is the music, and much to the dismay of friends and family they have to shout for me to hear them with these on. I think that the sound isolation is due to the very comfy layer around the headphones, which are great sound isolators. The fact that outside noise is isolated so well means that you can turn the volume down, and that way your ears will last longer.

They come with a carry-bag, extendable lead, and an amp socket extender for plugging into keyboards and other instruments. I really do think that the Bose Triport headphones are some of the best I have ever had, they are certainly the comfiest, and I would certainly recommend that you buy them. They can be purchased now for around £90, which is an absolute bargain, 5 stars.

Summary: One of the best set of cans for travelers on long journeys
