WHAT ARE THEY?
These are headphones that you can use with any audio or video equipment that has got a headphone socket.
WHY DID I BUY THEM?
I have been learning to improve my English this year and one thing I would like to do is to learn how I can lower my accent when I am speaking in English because I have got a very strong italian accent and that does make it hard for people to understand me sometimes. My sister lives in England also and she loaned me a set of CDs that she used to help her to pronounce her words in a more English accent.
I bought these headphones so I could listen to the CDs without my husband and children needing to hear them.
WHAT I THINK
I am very happy with these headphones and that is a shock because they were very cheap and I did not think they would work so good.
They plug into my CD player very easy and the plug is comfortable to use because it is played with gold and that makes you get good reception.
The band that goes over my head moves and adjusts so I can be comfortable always while I am wearing them. The parts that go over my ears are comfortable also because they are highly padded so do not dig into my skin.
I think talking and music sounds very good when I am wearing these headphones and I am happy about that because before I had earphones that go in my ears and it was harder to concentrate on what the instructor on the CDs was saying and that is important so I can learn how to say words without showing my accent.
These headphones do not make a buzz noise and every sound is clear out of them. The way they fit over my ears is pleasing also because they block out other sounds so that I can concentrate on what I am listening to out of my CD player.
I have had these headphones for 5 months and they still work and fit the same as when they was new.
These headphones cost only £9 and I am shocked how good they are because the other ones I wanted to buy were alot more money and I do not think they would have been any better than these are.
