The black ones however are slightly different; with the same 1.2cm lead (the company state 1.2 metres but I rather think this is too optimistic given that the lead doesn't feel long enough in normal use with only a little left if say, you wear an iPod on your sleeve.) and a standard 3.5mm headphone jack built into the system. Ordinarily as a musician I tend to go through three to four sets of headphones per year; I have a pair for my electric home keyboard, a pair for my laptop, a pair for my MP3 player and a pair for reserve of which used to be used with my CD Walkman. Now you might think I may take umbrage to paying only £5-99 for a pair of headphones and then having the audacity to moan about their quality but this product has been refreshingly different.
