Before I got my nice pair of on-ear headphones, I was a loyal user of JVC Gumys.

These can cost anywhere from £5 to £9, but the quality is not forfeited as a result of the relatively cheap price point. These are not going to cut it if you want the best quality, high tech portable sound from your iPod or MP3 player but for the average person who wants some reasonably priced earphones that are nice and comfortable and doesn't want completely horrible sound (looking from the average music listeners points of view) then these are the earphones for you.

This brings me onto the next point - these earphones are really comfy in your ears! Of course, any earphone will make your ears ache after a while, but these do a pretty good job of not wrecking your ears when you listen to your music.

Overall, for some reasonably price earphones which sound good, endure well and and very comfy - get Gumys!
