Advantages: Good sound, very reliable

Disadvantages: Can hurt your ears after a while

I bought these headphones around about a year ago after my ipod headphones died. I wanted some fairly decent ones, but nothing too expensive. These were £14.99 from tescos and they have not failed me yet!

The sound is great. I've often bought headphones that give a bit of a tinny sound and I can't stand it, but this isn't the case with these. The design of these headphones allow them to go right into your ear and so exclude most outside noise, as well as preventing others around you from hearing what you're listening to.

Ther other reviews I've read on this site about these headphones have both said that they fall out, however I think it's just a case of placing them in your ear in the correct way. When I first got them, I also had this problem. The trick is to squeeze the spongey bit with your fingers before you use it, and then twist as you put it into your ear. There is instructions to do this on the packaging. Doing this, they stayed in a treat and don't even fall out when running.

As for reliability, they have been through a lot with me and still work perfectly. I recently had an art exam, an ended up dropping one of the buds into a big glob of acrylic paint. After a quick wipe of they were fine! I've had them for around a year and expect that they'll last me a lot longer.

My one critisism would be that after a few hours of having the buds lodged right inside your earhole, it starts to ache a bit. But I'm willing to look past this as they are such great quality!

Summary: Buy them if you need some headphones!
