I recently bought these Dora The Explorer head phones for my niece, as she is near enough in love with Dora! Along with the other characters.
The head phones are green purple and black, which i think is a great mix of colors for a child's product, appealing to the eye and fun. The item has an adjustable head strap which is brilliant because one size fits all, and they do not turn up to loud which i think is a fantastic safety feature for a children's product!
The head phones work great with a number of things, mp3 players, Ipods, most phones and laptops, but we bought my niece these because she likes to listen to her Dora the Explorer dvds.
For anyone who has children this product is brilliant, especially considering it has a popular children's character on the front of it too! The product was pretty cheap for head phones, these ones cost less than a tenner from the local store, and could probably be found online for a similar if not cheaper price.
This product, although it is cheap, is made to last. It is clear that they have been made out of durable material, and even have soft, wipe clean muffs for the ears, so it is very easy to clean them after the kids sticky paws have been touching them!
Over all i think that these are a great item, fantastic as a gift. Sound quality is great for a child and they are durable.

I bought these ones from Tesco for 9 pound. After checking various other companies, both online and actual stores, this morning they are all around the 9 pound range.
Well as much as I love good old Dora, I think you have figured out that these were not for me. However I bought them as I often drive my god daughter about from place to place and pick her up from various activities, you know like a good godparent does :) And she is now 3 and gets very bored on car journeys. She likes to watch the in car dvd player, thing is the programmes she watches like mother goose and indeed Dora, over and over again drives me crazy. So I wanted to buy her some headphones for when she is riding in my car.
I found this line of headphones at my local Tesco, which is quiet a big one. I was drawn to these ones because of the bright colours and the big picture of Dora on the side of them, and bonus they were only 9 pound. There were some other ones there as well like, Ben 10 and Pepper pig. I thought my god daughter would like these best so got the Dora ones.
She was over joyed when I gave them to her and wanted to try them straight away, so we went straight out to the car and tried them out. They come as one unit, the headphones are green with a large picture of Dora on them and the head strap is purple. the power cord comes out of the bottom of the left ear pieces only and plugs into whatever you are plunging it in to with a jack. The cord is just over a metre long. The ear pieces have big spongy black rings around them to sit comfortably on the head and you can adjust the headphones by sliding the two bits of plastic on the head band, this is quick and easy to do. To turn the volume up there is a very small turning dial on the side, which is ideal as my god daughter cant find the dial by herself, so I can control the volume.
Well they were very well received and I think the bright colours and big picture of Dora is why. We have now had them for a month and there is no sign of the picture coming off. I think these headphones are well made and will last a long time, because they can expand to fit a growing head and because they are strong and sturdy. The ear pads are good and waterproof so you can easily clean them. They are great value for money as well, 9 quid, what a steal! The only downside I can see or rather hear is the sound quality, its ok but not very clear when turned up loud.
In all I think these are a great pair of headphones for young children, the range is good and they would make a great present for birthdays on Christmas and wont break the bank. They do however lose a star for the sound quality as I was a bit disappointed with that factor. So 4 out of 5 stars.
Thanks for reading and rating and after my few months break, its great to be back on Dooyoo :)
