      Disadvantages

Great sound, stay in your ear, solidly built

After buying and searching endlessly for the perfect earphones for the gym, I finally found some in the form of the Philips Nike HJ030 earphones. Features include 3-way adjustable ear hook for the ultimate fit and comfort, it is small, lightweight and sweat resistant with a 15mm driver unit with Neodymium magnet for a rich powerful sound and a 1.2m cable.

So today i went down the gym with my new purchase. At first it is a bit tricky adjusting the ear hook, but once secure it was as snug as a bug in a rug! literally! After 15 mins on the cross trainer and a vigorous run on the treadmill for half an hour, the earphones hadn`t moved at all, best thing too is that they are sweat resistant and doesn`t move around in your ear when you are hot or sweaty! The sound is great, nice and clear and the cable is just the right length.

At £14.99 some may find these headphones expensive. Overall i would definetly recommend these earphones to those who need it for running or any exercise activity.
